     EP-ul acesta e un simbol. După o lungă şi fructuoasă colaborare alături de Negru, acesta este al doilea material lansat singur de către Boola. Dar de ce simbol ? Lomidhigh a fost mult timp "casa" lui Bogdan, înainte de amintita colaborare cu Laurenţiu. Astfel, putem spune că Boola s-a  întors "acasă".

     Însă, lucrurile nu sunt atât de happy şi roz din toate punctele de vedere. Un neajuns al release-ului este faptul că vine în ediţie limitată, 150 de copii, la un preţ exorbitant de 15 euro ! Şi nici măcar nu poţi asculta un preview al pieselor. Deja apar multe voci care contestă politica românilor de a-şi "vinde" marfa, printre care-i mai pot aminti pe toţi cei care sunt sau au fost sub aripa Arpiar. Bineînţeles, asta depinde mai mult de casele de discuri, înţeleg că românii au început să lucreze profi şi sunt căutaţi pe piaţa externă, dar se cam prea exploatează muzica lor. Era un comentariu epic: "Romanian producer ? check. Vinyl only ? check. Limited edition ? check. €15? check.".

     "Next Lomidhigh Choice Cuts EP is by Romanian artist Boola. No stranger to the label as he’s already spoiled us with two eps on the Lomidhigh Lmtd Imprint, with the trumpets in the track ‘Trompetre‘, keeping the dancefloors busy. His two eps on the Lomidhigh Organic Imprint, with this little melodic thirsty dub monster ‘Thirstduub‘ + yet another dubby track ‘Mongrouse 08‘ which was released on the Organic City comp. (more samples from his past eps under releases) When asking him if he had something ready for one more Limited release (this time Lomidhigh Choice Cuts) he sent me three freshly packed zip files. Ending up with these 3 tracks. A1 + B1 can be heard here as samples… you need to buy the EP to get the B2 Cut, which turns into a locked groove.
     Yet again it’s limited to 150 vinyl copies only. Sold as always at our friends at decks.de and freebase records - this 12″ will very soon be found under preorders at their sites."
