Escapism Musique is an independent label from Bucharest, Romania founded in early 2009.It was first releasing techno music and then tech house, house & deep house music (and still does) on digital format. Since 2010 also releasing music on wax. Our vinyl releases are strictly limited to 300 copies. Escapism Musique is trying to find ideas, and emotions, to discover new talents that can fill hapiness to listeners and all those people who in one way or another are sceptical towards our world and our work. We like to stay in contact with all artists, even if they are, or not will be part of the family. We believe that the surface of a good relationship with the music, and friendship, true friendship between us all.
Escapism is mental diversion by means of entertainment or recreation, as an "escape" from the perceived unpleasant aspects of daily stress. It can also be used as a term to define the actions people take to try to help relieve feelings of depression or general sadness.
